How to get a faster reply
Every missing detail means one more email back and forth. Save yourself the wait:
- your profile email, so we find the account fast;
- for a forecast question, the ticker plus the report date;
- for a glitch, what you clicked and what appeared on the screen. We may ask for a screenshot later;
- one topic per message. Two separate problems mean two messages. That way neither gets buried.
Before you write
Should I buy this stock?
We will not answer that one. The analysis is ours, the decision is yours. Why a forecast came out the way it did, we will explain.
Where does my $250 go?
Into your account with the partner broker, not to us. The deposit confirms your profile and switches on the AI features. Trading and withdrawals follow the broker's terms.
